Welcome to Algocdk ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our platform, website, or services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Algocdk and form a legally binding agreement between you and CDK Technologies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Definitions
User
Any person who accesses or uses the Algocdk Platform.
Developer
A user who creates, uploads, or manages bots or trading strategies.
Bot
An automated trading strategy uploaded or managed through Algocdk.
Service
Includes all tools, analytics, hosting, and community features provided.
Deriv
Refers to the third-party broker integrated with Algocdk for trade execution.
3. Eligibility
To use Algocdk, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Comply with local laws on trading
Hold a valid Deriv account
4. Use of Platform
You agree not to misuse the Platform. You must not:
Disrupt or interfere with Algocdk's functionality
Access data or areas without permission
Upload or use bots that engage in illegal or fraudulent trading
Copy or reverse-engineer Algocdk's code or APIs
5. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. Algocdk may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Trading Disclaimer
Algocdk provides trading automation tools but does not offer financial advice. Trading involves significant risk, and you acknowledge that:
You are fully responsible for your trades and outcomes
Past results do not guarantee future profits
Algocdk is not liable for financial losses or market volatility
7. Developer Responsibilities
Compliance
Ensure uploaded bots comply with all broker and legal policies
Ownership
Retain ownership of bot code while granting Algocdk hosting rights
Transparency
Disclose pricing, markups, and strategy terms clearly
8. Fees and Payments
Algocdk may charge hosting, usage, or subscription fees
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Users are responsible for any broker fees, taxes, or withdrawal charges
9. Data Privacy
We collect limited data for account management and platform performance. Algocdk does not sell your personal data to third parties. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content and trademarks belong to CDK Technologies. Users retain ownership of their bots but grant Algocdk permission to host and display them.
11. Third-Party Services
Algocdk integrates with Deriv and other platforms. We are not responsible for downtime, account issues, or third-party errors. Their terms govern your use of their services.
12. Limitation of Liability
Algocdk and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or financial losses caused by using the platform. You agree to use Algocdk at your own risk.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform security. Upon termination, all rights to use Algocdk end immediately.
14. Updates to Terms
Algocdk may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after any update means you accept the latest version.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled in Kenyan courts or through arbitration at Algocdk's discretion.
